Due to the anonymity of the internet, lying and scamming can be incredibly easy. If you're not careful, you could get scammed out of your time (and feelings) or even money. So, how can you tell if the person who has contacted you via an on-line dating site is sincere or a scammer?

Try to investigate, for example you can use some services like google images to find similar images or photos.

search them on google..this may seems basic but it works alot of time.. check their social media..see what kind a friend that he/she has..and ask a lot..if you find something didn't match up and you feel something odd just stay away from them

Scammer is any person who tells you lies and wishes to get much profit from it. It is just my opinion. Initially “Scam” as I remember was canned pork.

Money is the root of all evil. they scam people because of getting greed and want a fast money. We need to be extra careful at all time to prevent being scammed |

Always run a search in scam accusations before dealing with anyone and always accept a trusted escrow. Research said escrow before handing over anything.

You can often tell by how big or small their online presence is. Like a Facebook with only a handful of pictures and only a few meaningless posts
