None of my coins went missing at mtgox.
Mtgox has kept ALL of my coins SAFELY Wink

Your humble experience does not make it Official.
It seems you want others to believe it, which is perfectly fine, but that will require some proof or reputation.
I personally don't buy the story about the evil wolf at a drop of the hat-

it's lame excuse.. have no hope, but will try to post in this topic.. Thanks for pointing me at it!

It is not lame admitting to slowness and inviting users to complain openly and allow Mtgox to maybe respond in return.
If you have already accepted the loss and given up, that is another story-

Well the tos of tibanne says you wont get a refund. Why are you surprised they wont give your money back ?

5. The payment for a service and other fees are not refundable in case of a premature termination of contract.

MtGox has $XXX of my dollars in my account that they wont let me claim back nor have they answered any of my e-mails, private messages etc in over a week. The best thing you can do is keep warning other people so they don't fall for the same demise.

I withdrawed money 1½ month ago and still haven't received anything. No responses to tickets etc. Tradehill pays always in 1-2 days, tho the fee is little high.
