From the scenario I believe for any shopping site or mall to be receiving bitcoins  as a means of payment , it must have set aside a unit or department that attends to complaint that comes from bitcoin  payment on either purchases or returns.

Hence if there is a dispute or complaint it will be attended to and refunds can be done because while filling payment details on the site it will have requested for all necessary information and if not mails or chatting with their customer representative can help get across to them all information needed for neccessary refund to customers wallet.

In this world of technology advancement it can be achieved ,all they will need is to build a software to resolve such queries.

Bitcoin alone cannot solve the problem, because it is irreversible.

Sellers have a good reputation for accepting bitcoins as payment, and they can refund your bitcoins.

yes it does work for online shoppin, to be on the safe side buyer first know if the seller accept bitcoin

I think its not working. In our country it is not possible there is much need to consider before it will run like how much the fee is because the others would love go to shopping mall and we buy at the mall theres a huge of tax and what if shopping online using bitcoin i'll make sure its double fee. And the other need to consider is not everyone appreciate the modern technology and not everyone knows bitcoin.

Perhaps there is regulation of online shopping and bitcoin because bitcoin can get you the real money and therefore it turns into buying online shopping.

It seems to me, it is more rational to use bitcoin for investment. Paying for purchases in the Internet is not very profitable, as the price of bitcoin is still unstable.

I'm really looking forward to the time when on the Internet you can pay with crypto currency. This should simplify international orders and increase the security of payments.

Yes it does. I know a certain PC store that sells everything off bitcoin. Then if you need an invoice they give it to you but converted into fiat. And they deliver. Only the BTC prices are a bit higher than the regular ones. But not by much. So all in all it's ok.

When you buy something on eBay or Amazon, you pay the seller, he ships the product and upload a tracking number.
If you haven't received the item, you can call eBay or Amazon and, basically, what happens is that if they have a tracking number that shows that the item has been delivered, then it is ok, otherwise eBay or Amazon reverses the transaction and you get your money back.
Is that possible with bitcoin? What if I buy a boat online for 2 bitcoins and I never receive it? Is bitcoin able to solve this problem?

Thanks

Yes it is possible, there is already an implemented payment method where users can buy stuff's at amazon using bitcoins and the price will be much cheaper since the value of bitcoins today is increasing. This means that the community of bitcoins is growing and might be fully use to different online stores in the future.

In fact, it will be great when payment bitcoin will develop. The main reason is that the amount of fraud should decrease, since bitcoin is the safest currency.

Once I wanted to make a purchase on the Internet for bitcoins, but then I found out how much it would cost me ... In general, I stopped on time and in the near future I do not plan to make purchases with bitcoin.

If bitcoin becomes popular I am sure that someday there will be a online shop that accept bitcoin as payment.especially that bitcoins amount is increasing and the community of it is growing

Actually there are already shops online that accepts bitcoin. Like in our country, bitcoin can be used to pay utility bills, online game cards and online shops of some stores which accept online payments. Internationally there goes amazon, which is the largest online shop. So before you know it, bitcoin already did it.

I think bitcoin does not work online shopping. As i have experienced, what i did is to convert my bitcoin into fiat from my wallet and then when it was converted already then that would be the time where to make transactions and pay my bills online thru my wallet. The fact is, i did not use bitcoin itself as a payment. I still used fiat after i converted my bitcoin.

I think someday it will be possible for the bitcoin to be used in some transactions in the internet like for online shopping.  If that will happen in the future, online shopping will be an easy shopping for us. Also, more people will be curious about bitcoin and as a result, bitcoin will become famous. The economy of the countries that will adapt bitcoin will grow more and develop.

Be carefull, you might end up spending more money on the fees rather then just the product alone. We need to wait until the fees are fixed and then we might expect Bitcoin mass adoption

I think it's impossible to control. And to make such purchases, directly with the seller, is extremely dangerous. Another thing is to buy goods online in the online store that takes bitcoin as a payment. Then you are insured and know to whom you are applying in case of what

This is where ESCROW is put into action to prevent both (seller and buyer) from doing scam and that the transaction will be made 100% so the seller can receive the price of his item in bitcoin and the buyer can also receive the item that he bought from the seller.

yes we can here in philippines we have wallet with exchanger called coins.ph and its have card you can use it in shopping but you need first to verified it,i think if we have in our country im sure in other country also try to search in your own country im sure there's a lot but you need to study it first if its legit
Bitcoin's coverage and acceptance depends on a country to country basis. There are a lot of money exchanger globally, that serves as tool in the bitcoin operation online. This includes legitimate online sellers. Moreover, bitcoin is considered as digital money, so expect that it will be more active on online transactions including purchases.
