Hi all, here's past week in context of trend and VWAP:

BTC is the king, the train left so now i don't look for any buys here, waiting for pullback. I also like how ETC and ZEC behaved, lets look closely at those

1. ETC: testing very strong level now i didn't follow this currency last week and missed this move up, and right now IMO its late to consider any entries. Watch and wait to see what price does next. 2 scenarios to whatch here:

- Price retraces back to 11.5 and there is volume indication of support on that level - buy with target at 16
- Price breaks above 14 and quickly moves to 16 - wait for it retest 14 and look for buys there with initial target at 16 and second target at 19

2. ZEC: Nothing here, price is basically consolidating, wait for breaout and confirmation.

IMO it's good time to buy EOS, if not here around 1$, then around 0.9 - 0.8 with evenly-spread-out orders.

And here's monthly VWAP (lookback = 1 month back - starting on 9th of october till today) for longer-term perspective. Only BTC and ETC  show strength (trade above VWAP)

I will later add same VWAP charts for stuff that's not on Polo like IOTA, EOS, NEO, OMISGO e.t.c. I will use bitfinex for this purpose.

IOTA definitely is an interesting choice. Their team is also interested in implementing anonymity into their coin which is extremely promising if they can actually pull it off. However, the currency itself is definitely still quite young.

Lots of potential to show, in my opinion. But right now, we may see some further dips before a pump back up to 0.5 USD+.

The downward trend has to stop soon though.

That's correct. Their blockchain will be very useful in the future for especially casino platforms. Check bitdice casino project's partnership with IOTA infrastructure. I really trust their team and have IOTA in my portfolio.

This is a nice thread to refer to when you want to earn profit from trading. And also, if you want the latest updates regarding the movement in altcoins especially if you are not online 24/7 to follow such trend. Will keep watching and reading this thread. Thanks!

Thank you! I will do my best! =)
BTW BCH looks like its ready to climb higher and retest 700. Go to lower (intraday timeframe and wait for entries there)

I personally would like to see something like this:

But judging by BTC, longing BCH is not such a good idea without confirmation. BTC itself is correcting to the last leg up: it broke trend channel, currently retests it and could get lower to test 6900 - 7000 In the xontext of trend which started at 3000, we could see a move to a lower channel boundary at around 6500 - 6600. Let's wait and see!

Greetings, traders!

Main news from yesterday is the cancellation of BTC SegWit2x fork: https://lists.linuxfoundation.org/pipermail/bitcoin-segwit2x/2017-November/000685.html

A lot of manipulation and speculation is going around this fork: https://twitter.com/IamNomad/status/928430193827606528 I don't know whom to trust, so I will trust my charts!

On these news BTC made a nice run up and I believe many traders who bought at 7200 - 7600 got caught and ended up with the losing position. It is a beatiful manipulation, indeed! Talk about hard fork, run the price up, then cancel it! Nevertheless you never sell BTC, just HODL, so we have to watch pric action to see what happens next with BTC. Trend is strong and will shift downwards if price manages to dip below 7000, but right now I would suggest to go to lower TF and look for longs there. I'm out of positions in BTC and watching:

Current monthly context for top ALTs looks like this: Watch for LTC, DASH, ETC and XMR. XRP, ETH still need to catch up. (this chart is as of 12H ago, so PA has changed today already)

1. LTC: good place to place BUY Limit orders is around 58 - 60, with first target around 70, then 80, then 90:

2. DASH: Nice run up after trendline break, if you didnt long at 285-290, wait for pullbacks and go long (I would love to see it drop back to 300, but this might just not happen), target is 350:3

3. ETC: looks like scenario 2 from my previous analysis is unwinding, I'm long from 13.5 - 14 (placed evenly spaced limit buys there).
First target is 16, second target is 19:

4. XMR missed this beauty (can't catch them all) but looking for pullbacks and longs.

BCH: if you bought at pullback around 600, now its nice place to partially scale out of your position, don't be too greedy and always fix profits Wink

You can't really go wrong with IOTA, as you've mentioned it's a great project and the benefits will show up in the future. The IoT is virtually non-existent so at the moment there aren't many use cases, but in the future when IoT and machine learning play an increasigly important role, you'll be ready with you investment to profit for them. They have been great from the very start (ICO) and keep up the comunity with everyting new that is being implemented, which is quite cool. I hope to see more projects mirroring IoTA because there are a lot of things to learn here, and a lot of case studies to explore (as to how you should run a project).

I did Bitfinex, here are 1-month history charts.

EOS, IOT, XMR looking better than others.

Positions:

1. BCH - man, sold it too soon at my previous news. The hype around it is astonishing, with the cancelation of SegWit2X for BTC, people started to buy BCH like crazy, and the project team itself makes a great marketing out of it, claiming that BCH could become the "main" bitcoin soon!

2. ETC is doing great, waiting for 19 to sell partially, buying at pullbacks

3. Bought some XMR right here:

First target is 130.

Context for today (1 month price charts with VWAP):

EOS, LTC, ETH are worth watching for, IOT and XMR trains are gone for now.

BTC is climbing lower and broke major trend, I'm biased downwards now and will look for shorts around 6600 - 6800
No idea about targets, but will personally watch volumes - they have to be of the same or greater magnitude than on previous low at 3000.

EOS: definitely a good place to buy more, or just buy if you didn't earlier: Price is about to jump higher. Stops below 0.9, target at 1.8
