Need an expert(system analyst best) to give me suggestions for the following:

Situation: am planning to build a cryptocurrency exchange.

-What structure best for scalability and performance . (e.g. distributed or non distributed, how it works..etc in very detail)
-How to ensure the security of the exchange (mechanisms, algorithms..etc, in very detail).
-which programming languages to use for each part of the website(front end, backed and matching engine)
-recommend wallets or node clients most ideal for sending/receiving funds.(for BTC, Bitcoin cash, LTC, ETH, ETC, Monero, DASH)
-recommend useful JavaScript/php frameworks or libraries for the frontend(for such as price chart)
-anything good for building exchange...

Only advice I can give you is to keep as much of the funds possible in a cold storage. If the exchange ends up holding a significant amount of coins then consider looking at the amount of coins being used on average and the amount that never leaves the exchange. Then transfer a majority of it to a paper wallet and one small portion of inactive funds keep in another paper wallet that can be accessed in case the amount of coins needed increases unexpectedly, that way you don't need to unlock the majority of coins very often and can keep them relatively secure.

these are some.
1. Make Sure to comply with AML & Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements - this will help you with government if you are a centralized exchange
2. store access funds in cold storage. - you can calculate weekly or daily required funds for exchange and make this appropration.
there must be to wallet
a.The hot wallet
b.cold storage wallet, Splitting the bitcoins into hot/cold wallet system provides a perfect balance between security and convenience for instant withdrawals.
3. make sure to make a good secured identity verification  and 2fa authentication compliance.
4. List only those coin which have good code , team and value. do not just any shitcoin for money. you know that listing on exchange coin developer pays listing fees. hibtc charge nearly 50k $
5.Partner with a bank or payment processor for depositing fiat like USD JPY etc
6.New exchanges naturally encounter liquidity issues. make sure to artificially first deal with this problem.
you can use these software or search on git hub for open source exchange soft.
a.White label exchange software you will get here : Trade engine, wallet, UI and admin panel
7.you will need these people mainly
a.front end developer
b.backend developer
c.ios developer (in case of ios app)
d. android developer (in canse of android app)
e.graphic designer
f.QA engineers

Optimize scalability and performance the infrastructure of the Internet Your with test management the increase in traffic load during the period of peak spending in the holiday season and other seasons. Regardless of whether You manage Your website internally or through a vendor, a track record in maintaining satisfactory levels of service during the months that “quiet” may not be an indicator that can be relied upon that the same level of service can be maintained for months that “crowded”. If scalability and performance of Your infrastructure is not optimized, it could damage the sales revenue and Your reputation in the worst possible times.

You will need more than $50 in BTC to get the advice needed for your exchange project. What you really need is an expert consultant, and they dont come for the price you are willing to pay.

But try asking for help in Reddit subs of Bittrex and other exchanges. You might be lucky to get free advice from one of their technical support members.
