Issue with SGminer

[flip4flop]

I am trying to get some other miners configured after using EWBF in the past.  I was trying to get SGminer working but I am getting the errors below when mining on Suprnova pool for Groestlcoin

WARNING: GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT is not specified!
WARNING: GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS is not specified!

My .bat is set up like this

sgminer -k groestlcoin -o stratum+tcp://grs.suprnova.cc:5544 -u myusername.rigname -p mypassword

My GPUs are only running at 20% power and I feel like something is wrong here.
