That person just made a thread and accused projects like eBTC and Elixir as scams.
Of course you can debate about the usefulness of tokens/coins, but you can not call everything a scam. There have been "useless" tokens and coins since years. Nothing new. as long it is open source code or based on a platform like Ethereum it is not a scam in any way.
Also the argument, that devs of legit projects shall never be anonymous is just wrong.
Queen_Amber was member of Elixir community on telegram. She was spreading misinformation, attacked other community members and then she got kicked. She is just butthurt because she got kicked, maybe some mental issues are the reason for that post.
Do not take that scammer serious, do your own research anddo your own decisions about where to put your money.
