Australians out there.....exchanges and fees to wire money?

What overseas exchanges are Australians here using?
Second question; what methods of sending money are Australians using to buy bitcoins on foreign exchanges? Credit card fees are usually around 5%, and international wire transfers around $40, is there a cheaper way to wire funds overseas from Australian banks?
