I want to mention here that I have started mining in 4 browser with same IP (home pc). Now What should I do to transact bitcoins? I have wallet in Coinbase. Thanks in advance.

This is a confirmed scam, many sites look like reskinned versions of these. Whatever you do, do NOT send anymore money. Cut your losses and move on.

No. And even sites that charge you for mining and are not completely fraudulent will charge you more than you will actually make back. It's a losing proposition. The only way to actually make a mining profit is by running your own mining hardware. But even then you need to check whether it's worth it depending on your electricity cost.

They are all the same: Bitminer io, eu, startminer, btcminer and many similar are all SCAM.
You reach your withdrawel amount, click on withdraw, they show "error", "pending," .  used same IP", "upgrade needed" and so on.
They only want money, but you will not get anything. Payment prooves on their site are fake.
So stay away from that well known scam and don't pay anything.

There are some cloud mining sites which promises bigger return but you have to invest first, however you will not get profit as promised by them and most of those cloud mining sites are just ponzi like this btcminer.

Talking about mining with your computer, you can try freebitco.in browser mining, you might not earn significant amount and your computer might brust at some point. But they are paying few satoshi for your CPU power, I think its only good for fun or to get idea how browser mining works.

You should learn crypto trading rather than spending time to find some sites where you can make free bitcoin. You can't make free bitcoin these days...
