This is a very interesting read. How he lost his Trezor seed words and password but ultimately able to recover.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

Hey,

No problem if you get example Hashcat somewhere work/school/teacher? Dictionary attack is one thing what works, hopefully?
Theres many other machines what can help recover lost password.

It is 7.5 million dollars but even then that is very painful, I do not know what I would do if I lost that much money.

I have been locked out from a wallet where there were supposedly 50K$ worth of tokens, no password written anywhere. I've spend a sleepless night trying to guess the password. You can imagine my feeling before and after I finally guessed the right password, aver several hours.

As for the guy and the hard drive I think I'd went ahead and hired the backhoes and people. Pay them with the recovered bitcoin.
