Hello I am Codeman, which probably many of you do not care.  I want to know how and where to see the new alt coins?  I want to buy alt coins at low prices as pennies.  Anyone can show the way on how to get this kind or info or point me in the right direction?

There are couple of ico sites (I don't know if this is the thing you asked)
https://icobench.com/ or
http://www.icocountdown.com/
This isn't good way but you can also follow newly added coins from here https://coinmarketcap.com/new/

It is good to follow announcements here on forums as well.

Here's another site, but not all of the icosites were actively updating the result of the crowdsale, But I think that you can try to visit this site.
coinschedule.com,
tokenmarket
coin-list
icotracker.net
Another reliable news to get the more news about the upcoming icos you can try to go to the cryptocurrency news site such as coindesk or cointelegraph and you will see the ico tab on the top of the page.

Hope you will find some good project to invest into. From my personal experience, I recommend a project with a product behind, with a dev team behind that put time and effort into it. I found XFCCoin by accident, the cryptocurrency used by a fantasy football manager.

Of course, you don't need to play the game to invest in it, but having this game, makes people get involved because there are real prises in the game and you don't need to invest to be a small part of the project. And as a bonus, they are building their own blockchain and will launch their own exchange once this will be released.

This is about to happen, so it might be a good time to look into it and get involved. The time is now! Hope this helps!

The best way to find a good altcoin is to research on your own, it's better than others people opinion, you can see the coin team and developers, the roadmap, the community, so you can make sure you are investing on a great coin. Didn't know what is a good altcoin is? Go visit alunacrypto, the blog had a guide to finding next profitable altcoin.

Investing in Altcoins is rather strange now. Earlier they were growing together with BTC, but now BTC's growing, but alts mostly losing their value. Does it mean that it's high time to invest while they are at the bottom or they will be falling even more? Personally I am investing only such ammounts that I am not affraid to lose.

You want to see "new altcoins"... What do you consider new? Every new coin (except hard forks) has got to pass for a Sale! Normally that sale starts inside the company and they will probably own (30%-50%) of the "cake" and then they make rounds with limited dates and different prices! That is called an ICO (initial coin offering) and you can normally find them on different forums like bitcointalks or reddit/altcoins, you need to be the earlier adopter at an announcement. After all the coins get distributed they hit an exchange where people can finally trade them!

For now I reccommend Electroneum (ETN), it solded out very fast on the ICO, that is a simple sign!

just go to the coinmarketcap website, and choose the undervalued alctoin,
there is a thousands alt, but do your own research before investing,,
the technology, whitepaper, roadmap and team member, learn about that,
so you will know what altcoin should you buy

rather than searching for a new altcoin.
you better invest coin to dogecoin.
because the price of dogecoin is very low 0.00000016 is a low enough price for now.
maybe in the next few months will double.
and can be a good investment

if your onto investing on coin that already existed i suggest taking a look in coinmarketcap.com you can see alot of coins there tracking their price and you can also sort it by its price so you can see the most cheapest coin if your investing on a coin which price is pennies i suggest buying bitbay its feature is uncomparable to its price right now

I would recommend do some research and finding an altcoin as they are starting out. The best way to do this is to look into upcoming ICO. You can get the coins or tokens for a good price and they will hopefully appreciate over time.

Its just about doing your due diligence and looking at it through the lens of how institutional investors review traditional startups. Solving a problem? Is it a solution? Niche? Good team? Good advisors? product? sweat equity? own equity? bootstrapping? etc. Doing this will allow you to cut out 95% of the shit. From then on you just need to see what the ICO's (post crowdsale) burn rate will be and if the founders are competent.

Investing in Altcoins can be tricky. Especially with all the scams going around, I recommend good research before you invest.
I've been following one ICO for a few weeks now, trade.io and it looks great. I'm going to participate in Bounty program and i look forward to investing further with them in the very near future.
This is their website: https://trade.io/
This is their thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2367245.0
Feel free to look into them as I did. I doubt you will be disappointed.
I know am not.
