after updating the wallet everything works and masternode too, the reward has changed now the masterpiece gives 30 coins, POS 5 coins

I just bought some coins and trying to set up a masternode. I also send the coins already to my pure wallet. Is this wrong though?
Do I need to send them back to coinexchange now for a swap? Is this the worst timing for me? Any help would be appreciated.

i was thinking the same, cause i wanted to run a MN on this coin, but because of the swap i am unsure if to do it now or after the swap

The Dev just recently released an updated wallet that will let you run your coins/MN on a different chain to support the incoming swap. He said that it is needed to be done so that there will be enough supply of coins that will be used in the swap. He also said that the swap will push through after everyone updates their wallets.

as I correctly understood, the purse 2.0.0.1 is needed to fill the coins after SWAP, but now you need to use 1.0.0.4?

Yes 1.0.0.4 until upcoming swap. They're ironing the last issues, and time permit, puredev performs manual swaps already for big pure holders

I updated to 1.0.0.4 but now I believe I'm on the wrong chain because my wallet shows up less coins than the blockexplorer.
how to solve it?

already tried "checkwallet" and "repairwallet" some coins came back but not all of it.
