The site i can't access the site here i think they  were close or remove the domain after you report it here..
Next time before you claim bitcoin gold backup or send your balance first in the new wallet before you use the seed or private keys to other wallet to claim bitcoin gold ..
For now i don't see any wallet was supported bitcoin gold and i think better to wait for the announcement thread or i think this november end of another fork we will see the releases of new wallet that support bitcoin gold..
Hope you learn right now  i feel you since i also scam before but in investment plan and cloud mining sites..

Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

Embarrassed I'm a Idiot!
I was on twitter last night and followed a link from user @btcgpu thinking it was the official @bitcoingold looked very similar i was tired had long day was careless!
Followed link to page: https://www.getbtcgpu.org/ that promises a easy way to claim your Bitcoin Gold from Electrum wallets i was thinking it looked legit entered my email and a password. Then it asked for my SEED for Electrum. Me being a total idiot i put it in!  Embarrassed
Now i have had my BTC stolen in this transaction on Blockchain: https://blockchain.info/tx/2a8a36801d65c61c6d2d2b87eb16cf83f90c3136ee2fdc7dafb430ac6c32cc83

I know this is goodbye to my BTC most likley. But the funds are still held in the scammers address: 1HShXYRKhLvzYz7AnwoNJSGC5wVjdTije4
If there is anyone out their that could help me i would be eternally great-full.

All people be-aware of this SCAM i wouldn't want anyone else to be a victim to these scum!

**SCAM BEWARE** relation to: Twitter acc: @btcgpu Web page: https://www.getbtcgpu.org/ BTC Address: 1HShXYRKhLvzYz7AnwoNJSGC5wVjdTije4

P.s. This is what these stupid Hard Forks cause if it wasn't for stupid Bitcoin Gold this would never happen!

I'm sorry you lost your coins,  and thank you for making us aware of these scams. Scammers honestly stink.

Sorry for the loss op.

There is a known list of scams on the bitcoingold.org site if you scroll down to the bottom of the website as if seems people or one team are trying to manipulate users (especially newbies with amounts above 1btc that they can profit from due to the newbies still leaning).
It's quite damaging to the value of bitcoin as new users get turned away instantly once they believe something they read on social media Sad ).

A a time of a fork, your address should have bitcoin then you can move it freely and test with private keys without having balance for `bitcoin network` but the past balance is already copied to `Bitcoin Gold network` after the fork. So this at least avoid them to steal your bitcoins, but they full control your address after that so please do use the address again.

Wow, i've been there just this morning ...

StuDoge: post an address of your own ... i would ask for some donations ...
Another way of donating is, by using your address for faucet references. I claim from faucets every day ...
you wont get your 1.29 BTC this way but, at least a couple of bucks maybe

Let's help StuDoge

A very expensive lesson. The only person at fault here is yourself, and your lack of knowledge. Someone with a good understanding of Bitcoin wouldn't touch a website asking for a key, seed or anything of that kind with a 10 foot pole.

Another way of donating is, by using your address for faucet references.
That is against the rules.

I claim from faucets every day ...
Those are a waste of time. You're better off working minimum wage.

Are there any forum accounts linked with this?

Yeah, faucets are a waste of time if you plan to spend your earnings now ... think of people who are claiming from several years ago ... they (as i did) have earned considerable amounts of money ... in 2013 i reached 0.3 BTC by claiming ... and yes, there were also people who said to me, "it is a waste of time" ... ¬¬ ... do you think they are still thinking that way ? Cheesy ... probably right now it is actually a waste of time, but, who knows ? ...

Regards

edited: sorry .. but you seem a liiiiitle bit arrogant ... Cheesy, just a little bit ... because yes, he is at fault ... but, do you think it is worth to say it  ? ... he knows it ... don't say obvious things, please ... 0 charismatic ...

Keep earning 0.00000050 BTC from your account signature because, of course, "that" is not a waste of time ... Cheesy

Thanks, well that's some good news anyway. Unfortunately i don't have any Bitcoins anymore the lot have been stolen by this scam! But i still have some crypto assets in Alt's that i hold.
Ill be ready to get my BTG when the official launch happens.
Such a shame i lost it all.  Cry I invested in the early days of 2014 (early believer) i invested £175 to get 0.35 BTC made some good trades in the market turned my 0.35 into 1BTC plus change!
Lately i reinvested £1000 @ £3250 to get my Balance to just short of 1.3 BTC now its all gone! Damn  Roll Eyes
Another advise: move on. I think you know as of this moment that you can't do anything to get it back. You need to start from the scratch. Stop reminiscing those moments that broke your heart. It will hurt and waste your time to start again.

I found other comments funny. It's like they punch you several times in the face like they are trying to make you realize something that you already knew and emphasize it more making you feel stupidier and stupidier.  Cheesy

I know! I was always aware that you should never submit your private key or SEED to anyone. That's is the crazy thing! I have been in BTC since 2014 and the crypto-markets i understand how Bitcoin and crypto work well.
My mind just blanked on the night, after a long day at work i was tired browsing twitter and did the most stupid thing i have ever done in my life!  Angry
Just gotta move on and buy more BTC now! More hard work for me!  Roll Eyes
