VLB already did an ICO but it ended pretty bad, I remember one thing, contract's owner sending ethers to the ICO contract with another address (by going backward with transactions I can say that it was him). I haven't proofs to show right now of course but I remember this pretty well

It seems to me that the next indicator of the project's prospects is the speed with which they collect investments. A small or hard cap does not play much role here. Is it possible in this little that I understand, but at least I look at the achievements of these projects during the ico company.

In order not to worry about this, you need diversification. You can not invest all funds in one project. Choose a few good ones and invest in them in equal parts. Leave a few shares for possible other ICO.
