Converting ethereum's token to ethereum in myetherwallet

I have about two different token in my myetherwallet and I have tried to convert them to my ethereum so I can exchange it to fiat or bitcoin but I couldn't. Please some one with knowledge on this should explain to me the step I need to take in other to convert my tokens. Your recommendation will help me alot in resolving this challenge I am having as I am new in this. Thank you in advance.

It's not possible in MEW. You have to find an exchange, where your token are traded (Etherdelta maybe). Send your token to the exchange and buy Ethereum with them.
