Better to not trust such coins. But if anyone wants to have them, I don't think there is another option.

You can manage the tokens with the wallets from the mother chains.

This is correct. There is no coin that has no wallet. Even shitcoins have wallets. For the major ones that we have right now, these are mostly ERC20 tokens or coins which means they are using the Ethereum blockchain. Myetherwallet.com is the mother wallet for all of them. You can save them here because they are safe. You will have your private keys with you. There are also Waves-based tokens whose mother chain is using waveswallet.io. There is also a NXT wallet, Latium wallet, deeponion wallet, gravio wallet, etc.

Useless and worthless, The altcoin that doesn't have a wallet can't be used without its own supported wallet. it caused by to hold your altcoin without a wallet will be involving very high risk. Sometimes we haven't known about the possibility of our address will be changed the exchange site itself. And remember about the possibility of the exchange site turn into the scam.
I will never buy it.

I am not agreed, wallet is the basic thing of a coin, wallet can be get in different way: offline wallet, exchange wallet or 3rd wallet like MEW, coins without wallet maybe a trash coin

i think i will leave the on the exchange and sell it when the price is increase. sometimes i am buying the coins that don't have a wallet but i don't hold it for a long time because its too risk for me but if somehow the price is down too far and makes me to hold for a long time then i think i can save it on the exchange. but i think every coins that release in the market should have a wallet to allow customer to save it in other wallet. as long as i can make money from the coins then i can hold it.
