Hard cap is 16 750 000 USD. That is the amount they plan to raise. Marketing is no a big problem after they come out with a working device or prototype.

There is many iformation available in WP, nice graphics on website how it will looks like and what features it represents. So when people saying something I think they should represent the real information otherwise it is considered as spam.
