今天中午12点，国内三大比特币交易平台之一“比特币中国”原定停止提现提币业务，不过官方放出最新公告：继续提供提现/提币服务，但会对平台内的数字资产收取一定的管理费用。

从10月12日发布“停止提现”公告以来，比特币中国已经两次发文督促大家赶紧提现，甚至动用了阶梯费率制。
官方最新公告称，自11月3日起，比特币中国将针对平台内未提交提现请求的数字资产收取11月当月的管理费用，具体费率如下：
BTC 管理费：0.0045 BTC（约合人民币160元）
LTC 管理费：0.003 LTC
ETH 管理费：0.03 ETH
BCC 管理费：0.0015 BCC
以上管理费用有效期为一个月，自官网公告发出时起生效。如用户在北京时间11月3日00:00仍未提币，则系统自动开始计时并收取费用；
比特币中国同时提醒，用户尽早提现/提币，11月以后管理费用可能会提升。

比特中国太无耻了， 提币超麻烦，不提还收费。。 其他平台都无常给大家存币。 很多人都是他家有问题。
