The positive rumours that the Chinese government is going to back off for a while, are also pushing a demand for BTC now.

I do not believe that selling bitcoin gold may in some way affect the price of bitcoin. it seems to me that bitcoin gold need to keep a few years to find out his future. Remember how the rising price of bitcoin. As for the upcoming separation segwit2x I can't share your optimism. It seems to me that it may have a negative impact on the bitcoin price and we are waiting for the price to fall.

Its now raking time for those that still have some free coins from the hard forks, they are now selking it since the community are those coins as coins for trading only. No idea on how long the price of bitcoin will be staying in its new ATH. But whats good in here is that we got now new floor price.

We already hit $6300 value back then the last time a hard fork occur and I think it is because of the recent buy and sell of bitcoin gold to bitcoin and right now I think we are seeing another imitation of the price back then, and right now there are another hard fork on the horizon I think many are buying again and expecting another price increase, well that is just my opinion and the thing is this fork is not like the last time and segwit2x is doing this to now upgrade the system of bitcoin, lets just hope it can become a great help for bitcoin and we can benefit to it,

As far as I understand will not be updating the system and we will see the emergence of a new coin. Bitcoin will break away from another shard. How long bitcoin can resist the division without consequences? No one knows if even to say I'm afraid of these events. It seems to me that modernization of bitcoin would be more acceptable than fission.

I really hope segwit 2x fork can finish well (in peace, not messy). If so, we are targeting 10k easily. If not, then I think bitcoin is going to see a long winter just like it did in 2014~2015.

The new all time high is 6400 USD! It was reached several hours ago. This is indeed crazy. Bitcoin reaching so much heights within just a small amount of time. I just hope that Bitcoin will start a stable price growth. Also, I hope that there will be no drama about the B2X hardfork. It might cause a downtrend but hey, I think 7000 is a piece of cake after the fork

Yes this is incredible, i just woke up and i saw that the price was over $6450, and it was like a crazy situation, and i am so glad that it was able to buy bitcoin before it was $1500, i am going to sell them soon, anyway, i really trust in bitcoin and i always knew that it was going to reach more than six thousand dollars as soon as possible.
I still remember those threads where people were saying that once that it touched $4000 it was going to explode and go down to $100 again, lol.

Aside from this new ATH, it is also interesting to note that BTC is gradually pushing back the alts and is about to reach a market dominance of 60%. Events like the crackdown on crypto in China and the HF on october the 25th were unable to stop BTC on its way upwards. This leads me to believe that Bitcoin will hold its status as the dominant form of crypto for at least a couple of more years.

It has been increasing so fast during the last week, i remember when it was like 5k just a week ago, and now it is above 6400, this is insane, i believe in that bitcoin will be more than 7k when the fork is done, i am sure of that.
just look at the charts, bitcoin increased by more than a thousand dollars when bitcoin gold was announced, the same is probably going to happen with this new fork, and i am sure of that.
just lets wait and see how it goes during the next days, i hope to see it over 7k before november 15th.
