Well, i think there are a lot of exchanges out there that can do that, but I don't that much. The only thing i know about is this crypto currency asset exchamge website called shapeshift.io. it is really fast and very easy to use. No accounts need. No verifications, no registrations, no nothing. Just put addresses, choose the currencies you like to exchange and boom! All done. Have used it already onece and i am satisfied with the service. I turned some of my bitcoins for eth. Read more about it.

There are a lot of exchanges where you dont need to verify yourself. Mercatox or Etherdelta are good examples.

well,  whats the meaning of 'users isn't forcing to verify'? do you mean verify a id card?? livecoin,hitbtc and also many exchange never ask about it but if you mean that verify is a 'login' procedure,  maybe you can check out token.store

There are many exchanges where you do not have to verify yourself.In my opinion, etherdelta are safe and secure exchange.There you have no problem if you keep the private key safe.There is no such problem here.

Poloniex and etherdelta, they are the only ones who are not asking for a bunch of identifications before depositing money and closing the accounts.

Bittrex is a shit, dont even think about putting funds in there if you dont have an enhanced account, because you are going to get all your funds freezed, and if you put more than $1k in there without having an enhanced account, they are going to close your account because you were supposed to be trying to "launder money"

Criptopia is a good option to exchange without having your account verified too.

OP already post no talk about etherdelta and for others Poloniex has limit for withdrawal if you are not verified as some others also doing but still good are Live Hitbtc and binance if some one want to use without any verification but first read about limit this could be helpful for user
