Is someone willing to provide his chinese bank account details to withdraw the Yuan in exchange for some BTC at the rate when the money arrives, or at the current rate?

 My friend has 1900 Yuan in his account. As I understood today is the last day for withdrawing. He is willing to pay a commission % also.
