Yes of course you can. Download the wallet there and import your private keys and (wallet.dat if needed) and you're good to go. What wallet are you using ? Just to give you more precise instructions.

It depends on what kind of wallet you are using.
If you are using an HD wallet, then it is probably ok to share it on two different computers because both computers will generate the same addresses.
If you are not using an HD wallet, then you may have problems because the same addresses will not be generated on both computers.

Yes you can use them on your two pc's of course, but there are some wallets that are so worried about the security and for every movement of your pc, of even if you open your wallet with another IP they will start asking for ID verification, or some other security layers like 2fa, patrón, and so many other autenthicators, but anyway, there doing it just for our own security. But in fact, you can open your wallet in wherever you want, so yes, it is possible.

What do you mean from seed? Do you mean private key? As far as I know, with knowing the private key, we are able to import our bitcoins to any wallet whenever we want and in any PC. Am I right?

A seed is used by a wallet to generate its private keys. It is sometimes also referred to as the recovery phrase. It is not a private key or a password. With typical usage, you will have bitcoins stored at many addresses in a wallet, and knowing a single private key is not enough to access all the bitcoins in the wallet.

But knowing a single private key is enough to access the bitcoins that has transfered to one address. Its enough in any situation. Yes? Am I right? I want to know if I receive some bitcoins in an address, is its private key enough to access them in future if I lose my PC.

Yes, a bitcoin wallet can exist in two different machines. But in your case you mentioned blockchain.info, which is an online wallet provider, and there aren't any problems regarding that since the wallets exist online (which is pretty much self explanatory.) so i can use a wallet on 2 computer, before i think i only use a wallet on 1 computer
Yes you can. There wouldn't be much of a problem until you try to double-spend a transaction using both machines.
