It means that the price is currently the half of base price.
1 FUND token = $0,1

One example could be the following:
Someone pay $0,5 and he receives 10 FUND tokens. With the base price he would receive only 5 tokens but the bonus beneficted his investment.

How will the union between Fund and exchanges work?

I've read in the whitepaper that the server will work with exchanges by requesting to their external API.

Furthermore, They say that due to API requesting the trading on chosen exchanges will be carried out without direct access to the assets. And it decreases the risk.
