You cant use it with MtGox, because the bank account is not in Spain.
The IBAN is unique and tied to the card.
You can shop for free with the card or withdraw from ATMs.

I have only know cards wich charge a small fee for shopping or withdrawing, even with Bitcoin debit cards I have seen,
Is this 100% true ? or small letters apply?

Quiero entender el proceso para  llevar los Bitcoins a un exchanger y ellos envian el dinero a la tarjeta Visa o como funciona?

Would it involve having a USA Bank Account or how would I know if I have all the Requirments needed to load with Bitcoins from the country I am currently at?

The account is in the EU, so if you can send to an EU account you can use the account.

I have not found information regarding SEPA transfers to EU, I will ask tomorrow at the local Banks,
if SEPA available I will purchase one in less than 24 hours.

Wish to know if there is are other methods to load the card, maybe someone in EU could receive my Bitcoins and make deposit into the account?

SWIFT is easily available on many countries, however they ask for a 'receivers name'.

Yo la he comprado en otro sitio son tarjetas de un banco polaco, que debes registrar como si fueses polaco y te asignan una cuenta bancaria polaca que te permite recibir transferencias SEPA (no realizarlas)


No esta mal y es un buen modo de evitar sustos con hacienda aunque hay que usar datos falsos para registrarse (te adjunta el vendedr un PDF donde te dice que poner)....asi que su legalidad es dudosa. La mia ni siquiera la he activado. Pero en cualquier caso una opcion.

Yo compré 2 tarjetas a bernard y me vinieron sin problemas. He usado una de ellas en localbitcoins y me ha llegado el dinero sin problemas, hoy mismo he retirado el máximo de € permitido al día (150€) y los he retirado sin problemas.

Las tarjetas funcionan perfectamente.

Yo he tenido un problema con el banco sobre una transacción, tengo bloqueados 1200 y pico € ya bastante tiempo, aunque he intentado desbloquearlos enviando mis datos y que fue una transacción hecha en localbitcoins no han hecho nada, tengo que probar de nuevo.

De todas maneras, me da que esos euros venian de una fuente poco fiable (cuentas para blanquear, droga) vete tu a saber.
