So i am trying to get my 10 USB's working on 2 ANKER  3.O HUBS on windows 7!!

 I have cgminer 3.1.1, i have my com ports ready to config cgminer. where do i enter this code?  --icarus-options 115200:1:1 --Icarus-timing 3.0=100 -S //./COM3 -S //./COM4 -S //./COM5 -S //./COM6 -S //./COM7 -S //./COM9 -s //./COM11 -S //./COM12 -S //./COM13 -S //./COM14

so when you run cgminer nogpu.exe and it ask's for URL... YOU WRITE : eu-stratum.btcguild.com:3333 -u xxxxxxxxxxx -p xxxx  THEN
--icarus-options 115200:1:1 --Icarus-timing 3.0=100 -S //./COM3 -S //./COM4 -S //./COM5 -S //./COM6 -S //./COM7 -S //./COM9 -s //./COM11 -S //./COM12 -S //./COM13 -S //./COM14

OR IS THAT WRONG?  AAGGHH WHERE DOES IT GO GUY'S ??

WILL GIVE A TIP IF SOMEONE HELPS

If you download the latest version of cgminer (3.2.0) you  just specify pool, user and pwd and it will discover the sticks automagically.

Not with USB 3.0, from what I understand.

I'm using USB 2.0 with CGMiner 3.2.1 and it is VERY easy to get it working.  I am VERY happy with CGMiner 3.2.1, so far anyway .

Got my 5 USB erupters working without any special commands with cgminer 3.2.1.

isn't the ankor USB 3.0? it can't power 10 ASICminers.

You're missing a URL flag for it, i'm not sure about the others but you need a -o before the url
