Sure, I'll give you a reason.

BSNL uses Siebel (Oracles data management solution). My start-up is bidding on a project by a similar telecom company and after reading all of Siebels user manuals, we would like to see how the pros have implemented it.

If I wanted to create a phishing clone, wouldn't I rather go for a credit card/bank account website where there was money involved?? (Instead of peoples call data)

We really need to get rid of this "guilty until proven innocent mentality" here.

Aah, they are just asking for a reason and I dont think its wrong or they are trying to point at you. You will find lot of scammers here and most of them are really creative so it was legit question to ask for reason.

You gave the reason and you are clear in my books, its upto them if they are convinced or not.
