This is very disappointing to hear  I gave him the benefit of the doubt that maybe it was just a language barrier, but it looks like my initial first reaction was right, and he was a scammer.

and sandman53 is changed his telegram like 4 times in two days

before he used Cryptock bitcointalk account (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=251145)

Beware of those coins always backround check first, look if they establish teams and if developers are doing their job. Whitepaper is very important!
