You can, but you will probably need to login via VPN and a browser that cannot be tracked to you. Sending money on paypal as a friend is reversible but as far as i know, pretty hard. I don't know why gameristo sent to the OP first and without a escrow. Well let's hope that he gets the money back, which i think is unlike if he sent the payment as a gift.

When you open an unauthorized transaction case Paypal reviews the case by checking the IP that was allocated when sending the payment. If they see a different location then they will side with OP. or else they will decline it. I know this because I had been in a similar situation before and lost the case.

Other way is to file a charge back through bank provided the funds were sent by card or bank and not Paypal balance.

they just want scam OR may be they reply soon

anyways I was going trade with them for 200 so just trust them and send 100 first and they took and still until today Nov 6 2017 they again never reply or never refund any money or send coins as they promised
