Alright, here's the parts list:
I currently have two near identical systems. These are installed with Ubuntu 11.4 and all mining config's ready to go, I'm even including a shell script to start mining, you'd simply need to change the config to the pool of your choice.
Hardware:
4x VGA SAPPHIRE|100312-1GS HD6950 1G - $220ea
CPU AMD|SEM 140 2.7G AM3 - $30
MB BIOSTAR|A870U3 AMD870 AM3 - $60
4GB Patriot DDR3 1066 ram - $45
500GB Seagate HDD with Ubuntu 11.4 and an auto start mining script - $40
There are two different Power Supplies, one antec 1200w, the other a Cooler Master 1000w. - $250
2 x PCI-e 16x risers - $12ea
2 x PCI-e 1x-16x moded risers. - $12ea
3 x VGA Dummy Plugs - $10ea
Asking price: $1200 USD Each Shipped.
I will not part out.
Taking offers in BTC/USD only. I have original packaging for most the items, Less than a month old, been running 24/7 almost, though. No crazy overclocks were ever used on these either.

you know, if you o'ced the main clock on each just slightly, you'd get 350mhs, which would be 1400mhs instead of the measly 1.1 you're getting
