Hello,
I want to start a website project that I think could see some real success and be a popular tool for especially newbies and anyone who wants to learn more about crypto. I'm not entirely sure how to go about this though. I have 0 website development skills and though I have a pretty good vision of what I want realised its a bit frustrating that I feel as if I can't really do anything with it.
The site will be a great tool to learn a lot about crypto and cool projects without having to surf coinmarketcap or Bitcointalk ANN's It will also include a faucet.
Can someone point me in a direction on what steps to take next? I have written down a problem-solve strategy, done research into other projects that are somewhat similar and how they create revenue, I got a name and a clear vision of where I want to take the venture. But I have no idea how to get started, the start is always the hardest I find. So I want to tackle this obstacle quickly else I will bore myself with repeadetly going back and forth and eventually abandon the idea completely.
Some hinderances:
- Limited capital - No web development experience or faucet experience - No idea how to get started...
Some Pro's:
- Entrepreneurial Spirit - Clear Vision, idea and what I want it to look like and become - Motivated - Analytic and problem solving mind.
Any advice or help is welcome.

The information you provided of your website that you're planning on making is too broad. "a new concept related to investing in crypto also the site will be a great tool to learn a lot about crypto and cool projects". That barely gave me an idea on what your plan is. Maybe be more specific? Besides the faucet, what is it mainly going to use for?

The main use for it would be to help people understand crypto, to offer free services to them in the form of information so that people can use it as a tool.

Or do you have something else in mind?

Or do you have something else in mind? Yeah I do have something else in mind but I don't want to reveal to much, I'm basically just looking for some advice on how to get something going and started. I know there are already a lot of sites doing somewhat similar things thats why I have included diversification into my ''whitepaper'' (can't really call it a whitepaper yet). The diversification is what will lead to trafic in my opinion, its not your ordinary regular site that rechews the same information over and over I will focus on different things. I'm very interested to atleast try it and see where I'm going. I'm thinking about taking on a small loan but I'm really not fond of debt but its becoming apparant as the only option, I've reached out to some developers with the question if they would settle for a revenue cut but there is not much demand for this, I think the envoirment is overloaded with opportunity and there's some heavy competition, so for anyone to settle with a revenue deal instead of taking the high payed hourly or commission road isn't really something people are up for. But I have researched into it and I think the idea is diversified enough to really become something unique instead of the next copycat. I think it will also be a great and effective tool for newcomers.

Unfortunately it's kinda difficult for us to have a rough idea on how difficult/plausible and how much coding is needed on your website without telling us more details. If it is really that confidential, then I suggest just hiring some professionals over at upwork.com instead. Best of luck.

Don't your banks or some organizations offer startups? Here I have, for example I can officially introduce them my own idea and if they like it, they will find people for this work + invest money but take big share. Seems everything is based on technical side so you have to share your idea to someone or do what I wrote (if it's possible of course) or if you are a student, some universities offer too helping and developing of their students ideas. Otherwise I can't help.

The advice is not enough to be taken care of in the project, and to make every people understandable what project you have made to facilitate their understanding.

Sketch out your website on paper - especially your navigation. Keep plenty of notebooks handy.
I usually sketch on paper or in LibreOffice Calc (I use it like a word processor because I can have many sheets available at once, visually, and I can link cells).
While I do not prefer them, without a lot of customization, use Joomla (my preference) to do a quick website. Joomla is very easy to use for prototyping. It does not have to be pretty, or even secure at this point.
Find a Joomla template (plenty of free ones out there - templatemonster.com, for example). Plenty of plugins to do what you want as well, many free.
You should get a bit of knowledge -- take the W3 tutorials on CSS, HTML, mySQL, javascript, jquery, etc. etc. Determine if you need a lot of interactivity, animation, etc.
Creating a website is not as easy as going to godaddy, bigcommerce, shopify, etc. and using their stuff. In fact, stay away from them. Developing a decent website is actually darned hard, and requires a lot of different things. Teams are nice to use, but not always available.
Later, when better flushed out, one can actually do the website (I prefer doing in pure PHP, CSS3, and HTML5 -- using as little jquery/javascript as possible).

I am sorry to tell you that your chances for success are very limited. The best you can do for now is to look for enough capital and hire someone with web development skills and the experience to do it for you. Even with that, its still a risk. We have seen many frustrated entrepreneurs in cryptocurrencies come and go. Some became scammers even because they know their idea cant be sustained for more than a year. But if you really want to do it, do it for your own enjoyment, not the success.

Nice Idea out there. But before speculating anything, try to do some research and also try to make feasibility studies. This way, you can immediately discern the pros and cons of the idea or project you have in mind. Any good service or product has a feasibility study to start with. The projection in your initial capital and the profit is very important for investors to decide whether they will venture into your business proposal.

Since you don't have any experience in Website development so you need to find a partner who has skill regarding this issue. so you need to gather some interesting idea and your partner will visualize your idea through the website. I think you can choose the Blog, Article or Latest news of cryptocurrency segment. I believe that will be popular in the future and people will learn from your site about this system.

Just start somewhere, best advice I can give. Dont get stuck in the thinking loop. Start and you learn as you go.

Nah I have discussed this already with the Bank, doesn't exactly work like that here. You can apply for a loan but the rest you got to do yourself, they don't offer services in that.
