Bounty allocation is changed unilaterally after the project has finished doing ico.
My question, why does the campaign manager not give notice of this before ico starts?

This is really a real fraud committed by Bounty Manager.
Many people work hard to comply with a predetermined rule, but they do not get paid for it.
I felt they were very disappointed.
Let's see what the Bounty manager will do now. If this problem is not completed then there will be very bad events for him.

slowly I understand, maybe this is the right and reasonable answer.

The wrong thing is really the website.
The bar shows that it is maxed when actually it is just the target price. It is not the hard cap really.
There are 500 miliion tokens and there are only 60 million sold. Which is a big difference.

Now, if there is someone to blame to I would suggest it would be the Cartaxi management. That bar should have not been shown like that to avoid confusion.
