This is not new thing, they always do this type of silly things. That is why they always tell the users to join in telegram and chat so that they can delete the messages or ban the users who catch their scam activities. When ever you get chances just sell and quit this type of projects what ever profit you get is enough.

Any news on the project? I heard some weird rumors regarding BITCOIN QUICK and I, honestly, don't want to believe them.

For anyone who is interested in cryptocurrencies, the information about coin 10 times faster than bitcoin, should seem suspicious at the very beginning.
I would like see that new projects develop better than Bitcoin, but in case of this project, it probably will not work out...

it was abandoned since day 1, the team or if there was anyone worth calling a team, only wanted to profit from the situation and they did it when the markets where ok and ready to give the money in a project as worthless like this. Is a shame but we all take the risk taking part of small "projects" like this.
