I'm actively buying altcoins that I think have good prospects, and now I've got my 15 altcoin reliably that I'm sure will make me rich by the end of the year. 

Yes actually i have plenty of coin right now, i buy a lot because i know it gives me profit someday, and i picked the coins that have potential to giving me a lot of earning when the value rise. Also this is the right time to buy for me because its cheaper price, so isugfest to all to buy more coins right now.

and now i still collect when i have free money.

No. As of now I am not buying altcoins but my mind is open to buy some altcoins someday. I'm still a student. I can't handle or pay attention more in cryptocurrencies. For me, buying altcoins is for those who only who want to trade or already a trader.

Yeah I have a lot of altcoins in my portfolio and don’t just set it aside there are lot altcoins that become profitable when time come and even become a millionaire because of altcoins because some altcoins with good working product will become profitable when the product hit in the market. Even if ICO others are just pump , dump and vanish but those good ICO will become more valuable.

I buy altcoins that are sold at the IDEX. Get and idex membership token are very good coins to investment.
A few hours ago the price of GET was very low and gave a great buy opportunity

When all of the coins price is growing high ,then I buy some altcoins with hand cash.i,e ripple,XLR is my buying coins ,but in present time ripple price reducing two- third time before and XLR is reducing 45$ to 12$ .it is huge loss.

It's a form of investment in which you invest on something that does not have any value. But in any case it's still good to buy some altcoins because it might boom sometime.
