I'm buying altcoins and trading them for bitcoin. But I've stopped from trading ever since I lost money from trading DGB. So now I'm mostly been buying altcoin like LTC, ETH, and XMR and stockpiling them as an "investment."

The value of any of the alternate coins may be low in price these days but it will increase sooner or later for sure. So buying an alternate coin is not bad at all. They can give you big profit too. Investing on alt coins that you think will rise is one of the best ways for you to earn in the future.

That's for sure, today it is very difficult to trade today. Recently I lost a lot of trying to trade successfully. I think investing is the best option. |

It is the perfect moment to buy ethereum because the price is ridiculously low and when the mid year icos kick in it is going to be in huge demand and will rise like a baked cake.

If you buy, then buy the first 10 top coins, although there are a lot of good coins that are not in the top ten.
It makes sense to buy a lot of different coins, because if the starts to the moon, then everything will gain!

In my opinion. I do not think so because due to the popularity of the bitcoin the investor invest on the bitcoin more and in that case the price of the bitcoin will raise much more and also the altcoin will get low it price once and no one would like to invest on it.

I do not buy anything at all now. I decided that for the time being I do not need to buy anything, I do not know how the market will behave in the near future. I decided that I would wait until the end of this year.

We are actually accumulating everything, all we can have for dirt cheap....We are just getting ready for the party ! Don't you ?
I don't think so, especially after the announcement of the institutional investors. The party will still be on but people will be dancing when their coins are in the green. Today we saw marketcap move from 250bln to 300bln. This has happened before so nothing special you might think. If you noticed it though the moves were in a short timeframe and a sudden jump of 20bln in a matter of minutes. These are not average Joe's like you and me, rather institutional investors are moving in. |

Altcoins are best bought when Bitcoin is uptrend but still a matter of timing and depends on alts you are buying. Some alts somehow are not that affected with the ups and down of bitcoin. Some are really falling hard when bitcoin are up/down. So deciding on what alts to buy during this time also matters.

I plan to buy altcoin with a little of my money and I will try to invest in some ICO. With the current unstable price I try to find a little profit by buying some altcoins, like ETH, BTC and NEO. I think this is the right time to buy altcoin.

I think in a situation like this is the best moment to buy altcoin, because when btc rises altcoin will also rise, and it will be a good profit for investment |

Whatever happens in the bitcoin movement does not really affect the price of altcoin if altcoin itself has good potential precisely when bitcoin prices rise and we miss the train we can still make amends by buying altcoin as much as possible.

Haha, the total market cap of cryptocurrency is the total value of all cryptocurrency on the cryptocurrency world. This amount included the total supply coin of cryptocurrency, fake value and scam coin on the market. So, in my opinion, I think you should only trust the trading volume, because this data can not lie you like market cap. |

even though Bitcoin is as strong as that, we do not have to rely on Bitcoin alone. because by relying on Bitcoin less stable, Altcoin is useful as a compliment that stabilizes Bitcoin. |

I like the coins under $ 1 more. If bitcoin decreases these coins also decrease but not much. When coin pumb I can earn x2 or x3.
