Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a transaction fee.

I'm happy with keeping my old TREZOR personally.  I'll keep it unless there's some kind of major security flaw, which seems unlikely, or until it breaks.
The price seems very steep to me.
The Ledger Blue costs 279 euros.  TREZOR is releasing a mid-range hardware wallet with a touch screen and other new features - it's obviously going to cost a bit more.

Personally it doesn't seem excessive to me at all, especially considering the great customer service and support I've had with their current wallet.

Honestly, it looks sick. But not sure if it's worth 50% more than the current Trezor - maybe if it's your first hardware wallet. But not that much for those who already own a Trezor.

About the new version: "Improved security. All confidential data, including the PIN, are entered exclusively through the screen. USB communications are enabled only after authentication."

What a shame I bought a Ledger Nano S for 100 euro about 2 months ago. I store only Bitcoin and Ethereum so I don't mind how many of them Ledger has. What are the advantages of this model? I doubt that upgrade from Ledger Nano S, which I bought recently, is worth it right now. It looks better than Ledger Blue in my opinion. Ledger Blue has too big bezels for me and it looks like it breaks easily. I would have bought it If I had known about the Trezor T release.

I have changed my mind and ordered the latest Trezor T. Has anyone here also done it? I paid about 0,031 BTC (188 euro), estimated shipping in January 2018 (batch 3). Touchscreen, big display and ability to store files on an encrypted microsd card. I won't have to worry about installing VeraCrypt on computers where I will want to use my encrypted pendrive. I still have no idea what I'm going to do with my Ledger Nano S. I will still use it for the next 2 months.

Steep? Trezor preorders used to cost 1 BTC Tongue

In all seriousness though, as someone who's happy with his current Trezor and as someone who sees hardware wallets mostly as an utility it's more than I'd be willing to pay right now. Nonetheless, given the major overhaul the Trezor received and its proven track record in earlier versions, it does look like a fair price to me. And I must admit that I am tempted after all.

Trezor T looks like an interesting hardware wallet. I have been using Ledger hardware wallets since I started my journey with cryptocurrencies. I think I'll order the latest Trezor. Touchscreen, microsd support and price lower than Ledger Blue really tempt me. 140 euro is not a lot considering how much bitcoins I have. I have never used Trezor before.

I have preordered it and im kind of anxious to receive it but 2-3 months doesnt represent such a long time. Im using right now a trezor and i also have a ledger nano s wich i havent used more then 2 times. Trezor is definetely a superior device compared to Ledger Nano and maybe with Trezor T more coins will be added.
