Got this account in 2011 and I think I would kill myself if anything happened to it.

Sorry about my bad rating, I was promoting a decentralized ponzi like token many years ago.

Why would you kill yourself mate? you could buy one of the best accounts on this forum if you pay $1000 for it, do you think that your life worth less

Than $1000? you could stake your address in Meta to make sure that you'll never lose your account.

How do you only have 40 activity though....is the thing I really want to know. You could literally make an account today and have same activity before the year is up...I dont get the attachment.

Got this account in 2011 and I think I would kill myself if anything happened to it.

I made an account in 2011 and planned to sign up to Mt Gox to buy a few hundred bitcoin that I would put in an account and leave for a long time.

Then I realised I was a lazy student and gave up on it all.

Looking back on this hurts  Embarrassed

I'm with you sir, don't worry about your Level.  If you don't post, that's cool.  But keep on reading, because as you already know, there is a ton of good info out there.  And, for every 2 or 3 cruel people, you can normally find 1 truly nice person!

Not sure if you realize this, but most people lost any coins they had at mtgox.  Maybe if you pulled the coins to your computer you would still have some, but most likely you would be more upset for the coins you lost.  Even people who didn't have their coins in mtgox seem to be upset because they sold them at some other price --- so don't be too upset, there's always someone who has lost way more bitcoin than you.

How do you know what his life is worth?  There are almost 7 billion people on the planet... simply being a person nowadays has little value.

You are valued by what you do, and how you contribute to others.  Those that are selfish and lazy can simply disappear, and few would care.

I don't feel any need to prove to random strangers on the Internet that I'm not a newbie. I started reading posts on BCT in 2011 and I finally decided to register for an account recently, and I admit that the main reason is for the airdrops and bounties. It seems silly not to get some when people are giving away stuff for free.

Same thing that crossed my mind. Having a bitcointalk account since 2011 and now still a Jr. member and wish to kill yourself for it, not making any sense to me.

i dont understand why anyone could say/write things like that. it is just an account on a forum website. there are even more dramatical things that can happen to you. always keep that in mind. But giving up your life for something you cant even touch...
