No, too many people would be buying them at a higher amount for that to ever happen. Unless every government started hanging people for having any bitcoins. Even then they might have some sort of appeal to certain people to keep them above that price.

I think we will see 20-30 before this bubble has bottomed out. Then $2k+ !!!

I read an interesting quote from an economist saying that if bitcoin wants to survive, the relative value of btc to physical currencies has to keep going up - or else why would you bother holding onto bitcoins?
