No, too many people would be buying them at a higher amount for that to ever happen. Unless every government started hanging people for having any bitcoins. Even then they might have some sort of appeal to certain people to keep them above that price.

I think we will see 20-30 before this bubble has bottomed out. Then $2k+ !!! 20 is too low, but 30 is possible, but would be hard to go that down I think
