Two:  maybe you can use seed cash to speed up your downloads.  Where you get a free level of service that is usable but not blazing fast..but if you incentivize the seeders to release more upload you get higher rates?

Maybe a website similar to TPB could be set up where you could bounty hard to find content or find media files that don't have many seeders that you could start seeding..  A lot of cool thoughts that stem from the idea behind this token.
