Thank you John, the forums are lucky to have you.  I reported my PM through the PM report button to Theymos IMMEDIATELY upon arrival of the link.  It is disturbing that it took this long (12+ hours) to actually ban somebody we KNOW is sending out payloads through the system.

I HIGHLY recommend erasing all the PM's the peice of shit sent BEFORE people start clicking on them.  (I realize you cannot but Theymos needs to or empower you to do so).

Poor theymos isn't everywhere unfortunately. :/ Next time, please post a screenshot at least so that we can be more confident in banning someone. Only theymos and Stefan Thomas (Justmoon) can query and edit the live database (where all the PM's live in), so it's a PITA for us mods to deal with PM'ed stuff. I'll ask theymos to disable the {name}  tag in PM's if possible.

Well, us mods cannot see IP's either so there's no way Maged can be sure if it's an alt or not - I guess he had that suspicion after seeing the short period between posts. There's no PM logs as I said, so it's not an option for him. The only banning tool we have is a blanket IP ban on that account, and it's a PITA to remove afterwards, so we try to give out bans sparingly.
