Design Consultation
I am an amateur architect and interior designer with experience in Sketchup. I can give you advice on your designs and can also make a basic model based on your requests, in SketchUp 8.
Escrow
I will escrow any transaction less than 1 BTC for a 1.5% fee. Any transaction from 1 BTC to 2.5 BTC I will escrow for a 1.25% fee, and anything from 2.5 BTC and up I will escrow for a 1% fee. The more you escrow the more you save!

Essay Proofreading and Revision
I can revise and proofread your essay at a rate of 0.055 BTC per thousand words (for proofreading) and 0.005 BTC for every revision. (it gives me an incentive to find all the mistakes) I got a 80th percentile on the reading section last SAT so I am a competent proofreader.
