Go through global payment service section in payoneer, get EUR bank address and than you can send/exchange bitcoin at market rate with either bitpanda or bitwala than transfer it to that EUR bank through sepa transfer.

I am still trying this method so can't say it will work fully. Try with small amount first....

If I successfully able to transfer euro to my payoneer through bitpanda (SEPA), then how do I convert it to USD.

I checked with bitwala now. It seems international wire/swift transfers are temporarily suspended. So only bitpanda available.

Let me know if you have successfully transferred through bitpanda and a guide to convert euro to usd.
