argue its for a mixing service, argue its for bounties, but don't argue that 'well everyone else is doing it'.  Personally, I know nothing about SBC, but a heavy pre-mine requires a heck of a lot of trust in the dev team, to pull off and be successful.  I can only assume they are doing things to earn that trust from those mining the coin.
