you understand that sex is actually painful for women, while with boys its just a walk in the park. there is no commitment because they cant get pregnant, and at such a young age they dont have the ability to have an emotional attachment either

Like almost everywhere, in NZ the circumstances under which they had sex and the boy's age at the time are legally irrelevant to the question of child support. If the mother had custody (the child has been removed from her -- let's hope she doesn't get it back) then the boy would be liable to pay CS once he turns 16 under NZ law.
