Hi
This is the first time I have used it after the update and they are already creating problems.
I transferred Bitcoins to my bitxoxo address yesterday and it still shows the balance as 0.
Its been 12 hours since 6 confirmations.
There has been no reply from support.
Another friend of mine is facing the same issue.
I suggest everyone to stop using it.

I'm also facing the same problem, my transaction sent yesterday is not yet showing. Dangerously the pending transaction don't math my sent transaction even though blockchain shows it correctly.

I had faced the same issue yesterday but they fixed my problem very fast. I really liked their services though it sometimes stuck but they always came back. As I had never face a loss with Bitxoxo so I found it fair. Because earlier I was using Zebpay and really got disappointed with no replies and solutions to my issue. Switching to Bitxoxo I find good enough till now.

On Sunday 10th Dec 2017 I sent btc to bitxoxo address but still I didn't received btc and balance shows zero on bitxoxo site. We sent many mail to bitxoxo customer support and try to contact many times on phone and chat but they are not responding. We suggest not to use bitxoxo as they are not providing service. They are cheaters.

if your transaction is confirmed in blockchain, don't worry. Just contact their support and it will credited shortly

It the transaction is visible on the blockchain. The exchange will surely pass the transaction. Sometimes there is a delay in service but at the end, the solution for every query is given and this is for sure. It's my personal experience with the exchange. I would suggest not to be judgemental for any exchange just for the delay in reply. And people who use to panic frequently don't invest in any cryptocurrency as they are highly volatile. such people will go crazy if some mishap or loss happens to them !
