What kind of protections are in place? Could there not be a situation where a fake user confirms his or her identify with the help of a fake agent?

Just out of curiosity,what is the goal of this project? To raise 10,000 ETH and put them in the pokets of those "10,000" people of you? I don't see why anyone should ever send a cent for this...
