Just noticing this morning CryptoNight return on NiceHash is going crazy high -- what is the cause ?

My bone stock RX480s (no BIOS mods / no OC) on my office PC are making $3.75 / Day at the moment. It's kinda crazy! May have to fire NiceHash back up on all the rigs at least for now, haha... |

Hash rental price increased because of electroneum mining.
They use cryptonight algorithm.

I think it is because yesterday was the launch of mining ETN Biggest pool is here : https://etn.uax.io/#But not very stable for the moment, lot of lost of connexions and so ip banned |

definitely something weird, Im getting 3 to 4 on a rx-570 and same on my rx-480. what to mine page is also reporting the same profits for my cards.

Today i am run on nicehash cryptonight mining with cpu, before i run on minergate.
Minergate have more hashrate ~ 1kH/s but speed not constantly and fr one day he mine ~1$
Today i am test nicehash. latest version of program not seen my cpu's i am download 1.7.4.5 version and start
He show me 350h/s but calc goes 2$ per day

I have RX 580 today, the production reaches up to 5+ dollars from each GPU. I don't know who turned on the pump, but he's definitely like me. I've never seen such profitability. I wonder how long it will be. Maybe the GPU manufacturers decided to sell their stocks of the GPU? In any case, I already have the tower and I will.

Was just randomly testing NiceHash and noticed this today too, have switched my desktop and rig over to it for now to see how profitability works out, will continue to monitor it daily  |

Of course. Today it is profitable for at least 3 times. Perhaps this will not last long so take advantage of this opportunity. I've never seen a return from my setup. Each tower now provides about $ 4. The Ethereum even dual with Decred brings today more than 1.80 dollar. |

yes i noticed and obviosly pointed all my rigs on nicehash which now my profit is by 25 euro day to 45 eur day!! very good!

The reason is simple... I could've mined LTC and get 3000LTC at launch before solo mining was impossible...but I mined btc instead back in november 2011... I could've mined DRK (now DASH) and get 1200DRK at launch before solo mining was impossible..but I mined DOGE and other shit coins back in Jan 2014... I could've bought hashpower from NH and point it to solo mine ETH back in November 2015 but I didnt have the guts to take risks back then... I want to change back time pleaseeeee.......... Waittt.... I could buy hashpower from NH and mine ETN now....no point in squabbling over the past...  Basically same logic why ventures were willing to dump shitload of money to startups even though statistic == 90% startup fails. |

Enjoy it while it lasts. The one two punch of more miners noticing this and switching their rigs over and the resulting difficulty rise that comes with it, along with a decline in demand will probably mean in a couple of days the profits will be back down to normal.
