Can't find when ICO starts
The ICO will start in the first quarter of 2018, after the Pre-ICO and release of the Alpha App. Its on the roadmap in the project website,towards the end of the page. https://www.mytracknet.com/ |

however I find my theviralexchange dashboard pretty much dead. Or bounty tasks are being compiled right now?
