It's Open and it has been that way from day one because the slots have never been filled up to date, check the title.
You can also check the spreadsheet, very many open slots esp for member and full member position.

However, I am not sure why CM takes longs to accept participants... probably because he already saw them but they don't qualify.

I would wonder why would I (for example) not qualify though. In any case I avoid posting in the meantime, I don't like to give free advertisement while a manager doesn't reply, requesting the signature to be wearied when applying should be discouraged.

Oh so we all have different pay-days! That's a good idea and very fair, though a bit more troublesome to manage, thanks to whoever is managing the counting and payments for your trouble!

That's a new development, last time I've been participating in a campaign there wasn't even "Merit" existing as a concept.

What woke me up recently was an "de-mixing" incident (WSM, don't ask details) so now I think we need to advertise as many mixing services as possible, to make mixing a default habit for everyone! So he payed a Gaming Company, wtf.
