Hi - eventually found this site through a long google trail and it seems legitimate. Considering this is both my first post and visit to this site, I'm sure I'm considered the aforementioned "noob," so I'd be willing to follow your procedure to buy $100-worth of BTC from you via Paypal. Message/reply/whatever means of contacting me that's normal to this site, to make this happen. Thanks!

Your best bet is btc-e.com with credit card over Netteller.
Although you might wanna check the fees before you commit.

No, I only pay first to people who have had atleast 10+ trades on this forum, and people who have 10+ trades dont actually need to buy from forum exchanges.

I m not sure if you are capable of replying to messages but yes I do sell with paypal, visit my original thread post and view my past customer reviews, some of them have also updated my trust score.

Currently if you pay me $100 in paypal I will deduct the paypal charges and then make you wait for 3 days so that the amount becomes irreversibly deposited in my bank. After which I will add 16% to the current market value of Gox and pay you the equivalent BTC of that amount.
