CPU GPU Mining software that auto-mines most profitable altcoin

Hi All:
Is it profitable to mine with average home PCs/Macs? If so, what are some of the best mining software providers that will mine several altcoins? I am looking for one or more that are well supported. Obviously, costs/mining share are/is expected.

Try to mine with my miner installed on My U2 site (no need to be an U2 member)
you will earn more than "solo" because "solo" you will not reach the minimum payout.

The site started october 2015 around an antminer U2
But the mining was not profitable...It was more profitable to sell it to someone who wanted have fun with for a while too.

Now it remains just the principle of the site with the difference that all is for free.

But I talked about the XMR CPU mining where it is only possible to reach the minimum payout working in a team.
